As a Real Estate Agent at Kangaroo Properties, you will be responsible for:

Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.

Conducting property tours and open houses.

Providing market analysis and property evaluations.

Negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Staying updated on market trends and real estate regulations.

Collaborating with other agents and team members to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:

Valid a Driving license in Dubai.

Nationalities: CANADIAN, RUSSIAN, UK, CHINESE.

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role.

Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software (e.g., MLS).

High level of professionalism and integrity.

Skills:

Client-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to build and maintain a strong network of contacts.
