Job description \xc2\xa7 To identify property owners and sign up with them to market their properties. \xc2\xa7 List the properties in Property portals to market it in an impactful way and update them regularly. \xc2\xa7 Attend to Client enquiries and organise viewing. \xc2\xa7 Negotiate with Buyer and Seller to close the transaction including Price and mode of Payment. \xc2\xa7 Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices. \xc2\xa7 Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors. \xc2\xa7 Attend Project launch by the Developers and familiarise about the Project features.
