Key Responsibilities
Identify potential buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance
Negotiate and close sales/leasing deals
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Generate new leads through networking, marketing, and cold calling
Stay updated with Ajman market trends, legal requirements, and RERA guidelines
Provide excellent customer service before and after transactions
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate (Ajman or UAE market preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred)
Knowledge of Ajman real estate locations and projects
Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented
Friendly, growth-focused work environment
