Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Brokers to join Belmont Properties on a commission-only basis. Your role will be to secure listings, handle client inquiries, build a strong social media presence, create property and off-plan videos, and close sales and rental deals. The company will advertise your content and provide leads.
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include getting listings for secondary sales and rentals, handling company-provided leads, following up with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, conducting property viewings, answering all customer questions professionally, selling secondary properties, rentals, and off-plan properties in Ajman, Sharjah, and Ras Al Khaimah, negotiating deals, and closing transactions. You are expected to actively build and maintain a social media presence by creating video content for properties and off-plan projects to increase exposure and drive sales. Belmont Properties will advertise and promote this content. You will guide clients through the full process from inquiry to completion and coordinate documentation when required.
Requirements:
A valid UAE Real Estate Broker Card is mandatory. You must have experience in real estate sales or leasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, confidence in appearing on camera, the ability to create engaging social media video content, and a self-motivated attitude. You must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. There is no fixed salary. Leads and advertising support are provided by the company.
