Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients, conducting property viewings, and closing sales deals.

Responsibilities:-

1- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and online marketing.

2- Prospect and Cultivate Potential Customers

3- Experience in selling Properties / Flats / Villas & Plots in Ajman Market.

3- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients.

4- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and lease agreements.

5- Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.

6- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients.

7- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.

8- Stay informed about the real estate market trends and developments in Dubai / Ajman and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

:

1- Preferred, Minimum 1 Year of Experience in real estate sales in UAE. Freshers also can apply.

2- Proven track record of Real Estate Sales

3- Must Meet Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets

4. UAE Driving License

5- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

6- Fluency in one or more of these languages will be more benefit : Hindi, Arabic, English

7- Strong negotiation and sales skills.

8. Knowledge in Social Media Marketing.

9- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

10- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

11. Willing to perform best in the first month of Probationary period for proper consideration.

Position is Open to all nationalities....

We will provide Employment visa , Basic Salary and Commission.
