to join our growing team in Ajman. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, property management, and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies. Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients. Negotiate deals and prepare contracts between buyers and sellers/landlords and tenants. Stay updated with Ajman's real estate market trends and legal requirements. Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure long-term trust and referrals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements:

Previous experience in real estate (preferred, but not mandatory). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of Ajman's real estate market is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory). Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
