Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Agent to manage property transactions, including buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. You will guide clients through the entire process--from identifying opportunities to closing deals--while providing expert advice on market trends and investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strong client relationships to assess property needs and preferences.
Conduct market analysis to identify and present suitable property options.
Arrange and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits.
Advise on pricing, market trends, and investment potential.
Negotiate offers and contract terms to secure optimal outcomes.
Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and legal teams to ensure timely closings.
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and digital tools.
Stay updated on market developments and share insights with clients.
Engage in lead generation through networking and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
:
High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Business or Real Estate preferred.
Preferably Civil Engr.
Previous experience in real estate or sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and real estate software.
