The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local communities, upcoming developments, and market trends. This role requires a proactive professional who can guide clients through the full sales cycle while delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

Specialize in Abu Dhabi's residential and investment property market. Manage the full sales process, including lead qualification, property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice tailored to client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners. Stay updated on new project launches, community insights, pricing trends, and competitive offerings. Maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activities. Represent the company professionally and uphold high service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate sales, preferably within Abu Dhabi. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, developments, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients. Professional appearance and a client-focused approach. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
