We are hiring a results-oriented Real Estate Agent to actively handle
residential leasing and sales transactions
in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a
deal-driven professional
who can generate leads, conduct viewings, negotiate terms, and
close transactions independently
while meeting monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively market, lease, and sell residential properties
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, portals, and referrals
Conduct property viewings with the objective of closing deals
Convert inquiries into confirmed leasing and sales transactions
Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and Abu Dhabi property regulations
Negotiate offers, finalize agreements, and close rental and sales deals
Build and maintain a strong client database for repeat business
Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and buyers to ensure smooth closings
Ensure all transactions comply with Abu Dhabi real estate laws
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of
active leasing and sales experience
in Abu Dhabi
Proven ability to
close rental and sales deals
consistently
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi residential market
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
Ability to generate clients and deals independently
ADM/RERA registration preferred
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Highly motivated, target-driven, and commission-focused mindset
