Primary Role:

Property Sales & Leasing

Facilitate both sale and lease transactions for residential and commercial properties. Guide clients through market options, legal documentation, and closing procedures.

Conduct thorough research on property values, trends, and investment potential. Advise clients on pricing strategies, financing solutions, and market insights.
Negotiation & Contract Management

Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and lease terms on behalf of clients. Manage preparation and review of sales and lease contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
Client Relationship Management

Build trust through personalized and proactive communication. Provide ongoing support--from pre-sale/lease through post-transaction.
