WHO WE WANT

Abu Dhabi real estate brokers
Closers who can manage deals from lead to handover
Agents with an existing client base or strong market presence
Results-driven professionals--not trainees
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Handle
buying, selling, and leasing
across Abu Dhabi
Advise investors and end-users with
real market expertise
Conduct viewings, negotiate, and close deals independently
Build and manage your own pipeline
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
6 months to 1+ year of Abu Dhabi real estate experience
Strong knowledge of
Abu Dhabi communities, developers, and regulations
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Confident, professional, and performance-focused mindset
Must be currently based in the UAE
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
