The Property Consultant is responsible for generating leads, advising clients on property options, and closing sales for both off-plan and secondary market properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Acquisition
Identify and qualify potential buyers through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Present available property options based on the client's needs, budget, and investment goals.
Conduct property viewings, site visits, and project presentations.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide accurate information on property prices, payment plans, ROI, community features, and market trends.
Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful transactions.
Market Knowledge
Stay updated with current real estate trends, new project launches, and competitive market movement.
Maintain strong knowledge of developers, communities, and investment hotspots.
Negotiation & Documentation
Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to achieve successful sales.
Prepare and process sales agreements, reservation forms, and related documentation.
Coordinate with developers, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction closure.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and transactions in CRM systems.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and promotional events when required.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or Sales Executive (UAE market preferred).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online property portals.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.
