Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties across Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital marketing.
Market Research & Advisory
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments.
Provide clients with accurate property valuations and investment opportunities.
Advise on property financing options, legal procedures, and RERA guidelines.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property owners.
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts on behalf of clients.
Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other required documents.
Ensure all transactions comply with Abu Dhabi laws, including ADM and DMT regulations.
Coordinate with banks, conveyancers, and government entities for property transfers.
Marketing & Promotion
Create property listings with high-quality descriptions and images.
Promote properties across online portals and social media platforms.
Organize open houses and property events.
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in real estate sales/leasing (preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi property market and legal requirements.
UAE Driver's License and own vehicle (usually required).
Ability to work independently and hit sales targets.
Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
