A Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach in line with UAE real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate property options.
Property Transactions
Assist clients throughout the full buying, selling, and leasing cycle.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about features, prices, and community amenities.
Market Knowledge
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, new developments, pricing, and competitor activities.
Provide clients with guidance based on market insights and property valuations.
Marketing & Lead Generation
List properties on major UAE real estate portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut).
Coordinate photography, staging, and advertising activities.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and review tenancy contracts, sales agreements, and other required documents.
Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi regulations, including
DMT (Department of Municipalities and Transport)
guidelines.
Coordinate with developers, banks, and government authorities when needed.
Negotiation
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Secure the best terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and fairness.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Follow up with clients post-transaction for relationship building and referrals.
