Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sales for both primary (off-plan) and secondary (ready/resale) properties. Handle leasing operations including listings, property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy agreements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors. Market properties effectively across digital platforms, social media, and direct outreach. Conduct professional property tours and client meetings. Negotiate and close deals efficiently and confidently. Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate laws, market trends, new developments, and community insights. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements (Applicants Must Meet These Criteria)

Mandatory:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi (sales and/or leasing). Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, property types, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Proactive, goal-driven, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an added advantage.

Only candidates with real estate experience in Abu Dhabi will be considered.
