About Us

Palinoia Properties is a rapidly growing real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, specializing in off-plan and primary market property sales. We are seeking motivated, ambitious, and target-driven Real Estate Agents who are passionate about the industry and eager to grow with a dynamic, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers across the UAE. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developer partners. Manage company-provided leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and close deals efficiently. Provide clients with professional guidance, accurate market insights, and property recommendations. Represent the company at property events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of UAE off-plan real estate experience. Strong understanding of major developers and key projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Arabic language is an advantage. Must be currently in the UAE and available to join immediately. Self-driven, positive, and results-oriented.
