Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads, contact property owners, and identify potential clients for leasing or sales.
Conduct property viewings and present available spaces to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitor activities.
Develop and maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and businesses.
Assist clients throughout the leasing/sales process, ensuring high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records of prospects, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate, leasing, or sales (UAE real estate experience is an advantage).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
