Real Estate Sales & Leasing Agent - Abu Dhabi

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-Time / Commission-Based

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Sales & Leasing Agents to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sale of primary (off-plan) and secondary (resale/ready) properties.

Handle leasing operations including listings, client viewings, negotiations, and rental agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers, and investors.

Market properties effectively across online platforms, social media, and through direct networking.

Conduct property tours and client meetings in a professional manner.

Negotiate and close transactions efficiently.

Stay informed about Abu Dhabi's real estate laws, market trends, and new projects.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales and leasing targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in real estate sales (primary and/or secondary); leasing experience is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and developments.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
