The position is " salary + commission " based.

Broker City :

is a well established emirate company that has a Strong proven record in Abu Dhabi RE market.

A real estate agent's responsibility:

- Representing clients (buyers or sellers) in real estate transactions, ensuring their needs and goals are met.

- Providing clients with market analysis, property valuations, and insights into local real estate trends.

- Managing property listings, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

- Scheduling and conducting property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.

- Negotiating offers and contracts, aiming for the best possible outcome for their clients.

- Preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.

- Handling administrative duties such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing paperwork.

- Addressing and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the transaction.

- Keeping up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Consulting and Sales skills

- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

- Knowledge of the Real Estate market in Abu Dhabi - UAE

- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

- Strong relationship-building skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred

Requirements :

- Driver's license.

- Well organized looks and with great persona, patience, and the ability to learn.

- Passion for Real Estate.

- Experience in Abu Dhabi Real Estate market. and a thorough knowledge in Developer's old and upcoming projects.

- Resident Visa
