Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in the purchase, sale, and rental of residential and commercial properties.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing, and property listings.
Guide clients through the entire real estate process, including property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Prepare and present property listings, contracts, and other documentation.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent knowledge of the local property market.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
Driving license and own car preferred.
