Duties and Responsibilities

- Present real estate properties in the best light to promote sales and offer financing advice based on each client's needs.

- Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide his customers with integrity and build their trust.

- Provides guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.

- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.

- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

- Present purchase offers to sellers.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelors degree is an advantage.

- Minimum 1 year experience as Real estate sales agent is a Must(Preferably experienced in UAE)

- Must have valid U.A.E driving license

-MS Office familiarity

- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills

- Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.

- Detail-oriented nature
