Assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Representing clients throughout the transaction process. Developing strong interpersonal skills and passion for real estate. Managing client relationships to generate repeat business. Staying updated on local real estate market trends and best practices. Utilizing technology and marketing tools to promote listings. Attending open houses, property showings, and networking events. Providing exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in real estate sales or related field. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales and marketing abilities. Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
Preferred Skills:
0-2 years of experience in real estate. Fluency in Arabic & English.
