What You'll Do:
Actively manage client leads and handle the full sales cycle.
Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi.
Conduct property viewings and advise clients based on their needs.
Negotiate offers and close deals independently.
Stay up-to-date with current market trends, projects, and pricing.
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of real estate sales experience
, ideally in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, developers, and investment trends.
Excellent communication skills in
English
; Arabic is a plus.
Confident, well-presented, and skilled in client handling.
Candidates without real estate experience will only be considered if they have a
strong background in high-performance sales roles
(e.g., insurance, automotive, luxury retail)
and solid knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
.
Must be currently residing in the UAE.
