Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Broker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Sales & Leasing

: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.

Market Analysis

: Conduct property market research and provide clients with up-to-date market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met, and provide expert advice throughout the property transaction process.

Property Listings

: Create and manage property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate and compelling property details.

Negotiation

: Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants, ensuring favorable terms for all parties.

Marketing & Promotion

: Promote properties through various channels including social media, websites, and open houses.

Paperwork & Documentation

: Ensure all legal paperwork and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant with local real estate regulations.

Compliance & Ethics

: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, ethical standards, and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker, with a strong portfolio of transactions. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and legal requirements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong sales ability with a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with property management software and online real estate platforms. Valid Real Estate Broker license. Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
