Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Real Estate Agent

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and outstanding customer service throughout the real estate transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research to determine competitive market prices and property values. List properties and promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Arrange and conduct property viewings, showings, and inspections. Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers. Prepare necessary documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, and leases. Maintain a strong knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and financing options. Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and property owners. Coordinate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, and escrow companies. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall success.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role. Strong understanding of property laws and local market trends. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach. Proficient in MS Office and real estate databases (CRM tools). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
