Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs. Market properties through advertisements, online platforms, and open houses. Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties by offering professional guidance. Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring seamless and satisfactory outcomes. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and community insights. Prepare and handle necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle. RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
