Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. You will guide clients through the entire real estate process and provide expert advice to ensure successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and property trends. Generate leads through networking, marketing, and client referrals. Schedule property showings and open houses. Provide guidance on pricing, mortgages, market conditions, and other property-related matters. Negotiate offers and counteroffers with buyers and sellers. Prepare and review necessary legal documents and contracts. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and market conditions. Build long-term relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and legal teams when necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role. Strong understanding of the property market and real estate procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients. Professional, trustworthy, and customer-oriented attitude. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
