Showcase and market a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring maximum exposure and sales opportunities.Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients.Negotiation:
facilitate smooth negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.Documentation:
handle all necessary paperwork and documentation with precision and attention to detail.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in the Abu Dhabi market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of local Real Estate Laws and Regulations. Self-motivated and Results-driven.
