Key Responsibilities:

Experience

: Minimum of 1-5 years in the UAE real estate market, with a proven track record in sales and leasing.

Licensing

: Valid RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)

License

: Valid UAE driver's license preferred.

Client Relationship Management

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored real estate solutions.

Property Transactions

: Facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of properties, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

Market Analysis

: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to provide informed advice to clients.

Negotiation & Closing

: Negotiate property deals and contracts, aiming for favorable outcomes for all parties involved.

Documentation & Compliance

: Ensure all transactions comply with UAE laws and regulations, preparing necessary paperwork and documentation.

Lead Generation & Networking

: Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other agents, administrative staff, and management to achieve company goals.

Skills

: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge

: In-depth understanding of local real estate markets and trends.
