Key Responsibilities:



Promote, and sell residential, commercial, or industrial properties.

Ensure to meet performance targets.

Identify client needs and provide property solutions accordingly.

Oversee negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Conduct market research to stay informed about property values and trends.

Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documentation.

Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company standards.

Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Requirements:

.Female candidates are preferred.

Proven experience in sales or Real Estate is required.

Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing, and sales practices.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage the clients and with proper follow ups.

Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office tools.

High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
