Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals. Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties. Conduct market research to determine competitive property prices. Schedule property viewings and accompany clients during site visits. Negotiate offers and close deals effectively. Maintain and update listings of available properties. Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process. Stay updated with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices. Prepare necessary paperwork such as contracts, agreements, and leasing documents. Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role . Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Excellent knowledge of the local property market. Customer-focused with a positive and professional demeanor. Proficient in MS Office and real estate CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
