We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on the market and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate process.
Conduct market research to determine property values and market trends.
Generate and manage leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
Schedule and conduct property viewings and open houses.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing on behalf of clients.
Ensure all real estate documentation is complete and compliant with local laws.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property laws, zoning regulations, and financing options.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, lawyers, and inspectors.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market and trends.
Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
