Real Estate Agent
to join our growing team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions Conduct property showings and open houses Assist clients in pricing, staging, and marketing properties Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth closing process Stay current with market trends, property values, and real estate laws Build a network of leads through prospecting, referrals, and networking Prepare and review necessary documents, such as purchase agreements, deeds, and leases Collaborate with mortgage lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales . Strong knowledge of the local real estate market Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficient in CRM software and MLS platforms
