Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in both leasing and sales of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE property market, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in leasing and purchasing properties based on their requirements and budget. Maintain a comprehensive and updated listing of available properties. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on location, pricing, and amenities. Negotiate rental and sale agreements in a professional and transparent manner. Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, property owners, and clients. Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and competitor activity. Ensure all documentation and legal paperwork are accurate and up to date. Use CRM tools to manage leads and follow up consistently.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in leasing and sales (UAE market preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. RERA certification is a plus (for Dubai-based roles). Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing portals (e.g., Bayut, Dubizzle). Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
