to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. You will be responsible for guiding clients through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and expertise.Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties Generate leads through networking, referrals, open houses, and digital marketing Guide clients through property tours, inspections, and negotiations Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, closing statements) Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legislation Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with clients Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market Advertise and market properties using various platforms
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of local neighborhoods, market conditions, and property values Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and in a team environment
