Job Summary:-
Seeking for dynamic and confident Real Estate Consultant to assist clients in buying, renting & selling properties. The successful candidate will offer expert advice on market conditions, pricing and property investment opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the real estate transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:-
Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs. Strong Sales Negotiation and deal - closing skills. Stay updated with market trends and property values in Abu Dhabi. Cultivate and maintain strong, long -lasting relationships with clients. Build strong relationships with buyers, investors & developers. Negotiate offers and terms to close sales and lease agreements.
Requirements:-
We are looking for qualified Real estate consultant with minimum 1+ year of experience in real estate or sales experience. Excellent knowledge about the Real Estate Code of Conduct. Highly self - motivated, proactive and driven to achieve results. Female candidates are preferred. IMMEDIATE JOINERS
