The Role
Duties and Responsibilities - Promote and present properties effectively to potential buyers - Offer financing advice based on clients' needs - Understand local market and trends to guide clients honestly - Help clients buy, sell, or rent property under the best terms - Generate new leads for sales and rentals - Advise on property prices, mortgage options, and market conditions - Compare properties to set competitive pricing - Conduct property viewings with clients - Submit and present offers to property sellers
Requirements
Bachelors degree is an advantage. - Minimum 1 year experience as Real estate sales agent is a Must(Preferably experienced in UAE) - Negotiation Skills - Arabic and English Language required. - Must have valid U.A.E driving license - MS Office familiarity - Exceptional interpersonal communication skills - Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative. - Detail-oriented nature
