Role Description

We are looking for an

experienced Real Estate Agent

to join our Abu Dhabi-based team. This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly motivated professional who brings

a minimum of 5 years of proven real estate experience

, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a leadership mindset. The ideal candidate will not only close deals efficiently but also help guide junior agents as our team expands.

You must have a

valid UAE driver's license and your own car

Key Responsibilities:

Actively source, list, and sell residential and commercial properties Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property market trends and regulations Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the buying/selling/renting process Lead by example and support junior agents in their development Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients Attend site visits, viewings, and meetings as needed Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE real estate laws

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience

in real estate sales or brokerage (UAE experience preferred) Demonstrated

leadership experience

or team coordination skills Strong negotiation, communication, and client service abilities

Valid UAE driver's license

and access to a

reliable personal vehicle

Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
