Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.

Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties in Abu Dhabi.

Conduct engaging and informative property viewings and presentations.

Skillfully negotiate offers and facilitate smooth and successful real estate transactions.

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Stay informed about the latest market trends, property values, and regulations in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector.

Operate independently while also contributing effectively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Proven negotiation and persuasive sales abilities.

Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven to achieve results.

Ability to build trust and rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.

Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Chinese, Russian, Italian, or Arabic is a significant asset in our multicultural market.
