Real Estate Agent

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert market knowledge and guidance.
Develop and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and clients.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings to ensure successful transactions.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and legal regulations related to real estate transactions.
Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
Provide clients with tailored property solutions based on their preferences and financial capacity.
Maintain strong relationships with developers, landlords, and key stakeholders in the real estate industry.
Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is an advantage..
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, etc.) are a plus.
UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
