We are currently seeking for competitive and qualified individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agent / Property Consultants, As agents, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive real estate services, including sales, listings, and advisory duties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and make a significant impact in Abu Dhabi's thriving real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Utilize various channels like cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies to prospect for new clients. Conduct property showings and open houses, showcasing the unique features and advantages of each property. Assist clients in determining appropriate property pricing through comprehensive market analysis and awareness of current trends. Negotiate contracts and sales terms to secure the most favorable outcomes for clients. Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from inspections to appraisals and closing procedures. Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive dynamics. Cultivate and sustain client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge and background in Real Estate and Sales. Good analytical skills to guide clients on market trends and sales tactics. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to excel in a team-driven, competitive and dynamic work environment.
Location Requirement:
Abu Dhabi: Candidates must reliably commute or plan to relocate before commencing employment (mandatory).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English
