We are looking for an
experienced and driven Off-Plan Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have aminimum of 3 months of UAE real estate experience
, strong knowledge of off-plan projects, and excellent sales skills.Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties from top developers in the UAE
Educate clients on payment plans, project details, and investment opportunities
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with potential buyers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Stay updated on the latest real estate trends and off-plan project launches
Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of UAE real estate experience (off-plan experience preferred)
?Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling high-value transactions
? Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
?
Fluency in English is required
