PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Real Estate Agent is responsible for managing all aspects of the seller\xe2\x80\x99s transactions from first contact to purchase agreement. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet company expectations by providing excellent customer service.
Consistently make a good first impression when calling potential customers; maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times.
Well understanding of customer requirements to successfully close the deal.
Contacts potential existing or non-existing customers to inform them about our new market campaigns or services using given scripts.
Matching the Buyer\xe2\x80\x99s and Tenant\xe2\x80\x99s inquiries addressed by the Listing and Sales Agents within a timely manner.
Generates and qualifies leads from cold calling and inbound interaction.
Handle customer complaints to maintain and improve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.
Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to achieve the sales target and facilitate future sales.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A bachelor\'s or associate degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
2 years Proven experience as telesales representative with minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience or other sales/customer service role.
Experience in Real Estate industry is recommended.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Excellent knowledge of English.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales queries preferably over the phone.
All candidates must be located in Abu Dhabi or able to relocate.
