Job Description
Almira Real Estate is looking for a Real Estate Broker to join our growing successful team. With over 50 employees, we are one of the leading real estate brokerage companies in Abu Dhabi. We are committed to providing our employees a diverse and highly professional environment to support the growth of their career. Your Responsibilities includes:
- Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
- Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
- Present purchase offers to sellers.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
- Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
- Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
- Good speaking skills in English (Russian or Arabic is an advantage)
- Preferably with DRIVING LICENSE and OWN A CAR
- Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft, and Excel with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels within the company and build relationships both internally and externally.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
- Adaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented.

- UAE driving license (Required)
