Provide guidance and assist sellers, buyers, Landlords and Tenant, in marketing, leasing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties\xe2\x80\x99 value
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Requirements:
Must have driving license and a car
Experience in Abu Dhabi Market
Knowledge on Offplan Projects is a plus!
SALARY in a 50/50 commission basis.
Prefer with own visa but we can also provide visa

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month COVID-19 considerations:
