Job Description

Job brief We are looking for professional Real Estate Agents to be an intermediary between developers, sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counselling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive edge. You may also be in charge of creating lists of real estate properties and presenting purchase offers to sellers. Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist real estate developers, sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc when required)
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information on location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
  • Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

Education, Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 to 3 years of industry sales experience a plus
  • Familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Proven track of successful sales record
  • Ability to work independently
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Good knowledge of the local property.
  • Possess a valid driver's license (preferred)
