EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE AGENT

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our expanding team. As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, and rent residential and commercial properties. You'll build relationships with clients, offer expert advice, and guide them through the real estate process from start to finish. All nationality is welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and property values. Conduct property showings and open houses. Negotiate offers and manage the buying/selling process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to create property listings and promotional materials. Ensure all transactions comply with legal requirements and company policies. Attend training and professional development sessions to stay updated on industry changes.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a real estate agent in the Dubai market is a MUST. Must hold a valid UAE driving license. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for real estate. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
