Job Description
Dear Candidate , DHR is hiring for Real Estate Advisor with one of the real estate developer in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients looking to buy, sell, or rent properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and listings.
- Research and analyze the real estate market trends and conditions to provide clients with accurate information.
- Negotiate deals on behalf of clients and prepare and present offers to property owners.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Real estate consultant: 1 year (Preferred)
