Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Manage incoming leads provided by the company, follow-up with clients, and schedule property viewings.
Provide advice and guidance to clients on legal and financial considerations related to real estate transactions in the UAE.
Conduct property inspections and assessments to evaluate the condition and value of buildings, land, or other assets.
Negotiate deals and contracts with clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms of the agreement.
Develop marketing strategies to promote properties for sale or lease, including advertising, networking, and coordinating open houses and property tours.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of property transactions and client interactions.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations and laws related to real estate in the UAE.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Advisor in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and laws in the UAE.
RERA certified with a valid BRN.
