Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell
off-plan residential and commercial properties
Maintain in-depth knowledge of
Dubai's property trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities
Generate leads through client networking, property portals, and digital campaigns
Conduct site visits and project presentations with potential buyers and investors
Build long-term relationships with clients by providing professional guidance and market insights
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records accurately
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory
Solid understanding of
off-plan sales, developer offerings, and project lifecycle
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
Must be currently based in Dubai with strong local market awareness
Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are a plus
